Outdoor Learning Leadership Conference 2026

It is becoming increasingly clear, that addressing global ecological crises requires radical
personal and cultural transformation; tinkering with conceptions of pedagogy, of school
and of leadership rooted in misconceptions of human separation from nature at best falls
short and at worst, fuels ongoing crisis fires. Rather, we must reimagine these conceptions
with and of the natural world. Join this walking-based session and employ tools of
imagination to begin to consider what deep unlearning of dominant conceptions of
leadership might look like and the kinds of possibilities for human and more-than-human
flourishing that may result.
