Outdoor Learning Leadership Conference 2026

Today’s system leaders need to be environmentally responsive and climate predictive. We must design educational systems and frameworks that emphasize adaptable thinking and learning strategies so that all our stakeholders have the knowledge and skills necessary to mitigate our environmental impact and adapt to climate realities. In this session, participants will observe how data visualization techniques and applications can be used to take immediate and future action to address the challenges of climate change through citizen science in the analysis of real-time patterns. We will examine readily available data to better design future strategic plans meant to curb emissions now and in the future by building capacity in this generation of leaders and the next.
